Attorney Mediator Larri Tonelli Parker

Larri Tonelli Parker is an experienced Massachusetts family and divorce attorney mediator. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, the New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and several bar associations. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, Maine and Massachusetts. Larri grew up in Massachusetts, went to college in Colorado, learned to speak fluent Spanish in Madrid, Spain and completed Law School at New England Law| Boston. Larri formally established Parker Mediation in 2000. Parker Mediation provides professional mediation services and guidance to people navigating their way through legal disputes and court systems. Parker Mediation is a court approved program, sanctioned by the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court and the Massachusetts Juvenile Court.

With twenty five years experience, Larri understands the emotional distress individuals and couples experience when faced with personal and family conflict. Mediation allows participants to remain in charge of their outcome rather than delegating decisions to judges who are often challenged to find the best solutions for children and families. In mediation, with help from an experienced and trained mediator, the parties make their own plan, at their own pace and according to their own terms. Working with individuals and families throughout Massachusetts, Larri provides solutions to family conflicts involving divorce, separation, child custody and support, adoption, elder care and family estates that are effective, affordable and less traumatic than traditional litigation.

Parker Mediation is passionate about ensuring the very best outcomes for our clients. Larri Tonelli Parker is committed to making Dispute Resolution (DR) a viable and effective choice for people seeking to resolve conflict. She actively leads the campaign to promote Divorce Mediation and its benefits across Massachusetts. To that end, she continues to research and participate in community service projects, continuing education and training programs. Larri works collaboratively with other organizations promoting mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. Larri provided valuable guidance to the Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee for ADR, in conjunction with the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution (MODR), by serving on the working group that completed a detailed report for promoting public awareness about the benefits and availability of mediation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This dedicated community service is but one example of Larri’s commitment to our core mission, to provide the very best outcomes for children and families.
